Welcome to the Mental Infinity, LLC website. These Terms & Conditions explain the conditions for using our website, submitting the Men’s Emotion Recalibration™ qualification assessment, and communicating with our business.
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Completing the qualification assessment does not guarantee acceptance into the Men’s Emotion Recalibration™ Program or establish a coaching or counseling relationship.
Assessment responses help us evaluate whether our services may be a fit. We may contact you about your submission using the contact information you provide, subject to your communication preferences and applicable consent requirements.
Information on this website is not a substitute for individualized medical or mental health care. Participation in a coaching program does not, by itself, establish a therapist–client relationship. Any counseling services, if offered, are subject to separate intake, informed-consent, and service agreements.
Program details, fees, payment terms, cancellation policies, and any applicable guarantees will be provided in the relevant service agreement before enrollment.
If you voluntarily select the SMS consent checkbox on our qualification assessment, you agree to receive text messages from Mental Infinity, LLC about assessment follow-ups, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, and occasional program updates.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit the assessment or purchase services. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
